I have always had an interest in diet and nutrition, but I was thrown into really needing to know all about diet and nutrition when I discovered I had a gluten intolerance a couple of years ago. And my body was thrown into chaos in the process. With a change in diet, I had to re-learn how to cook most things and by using an array of vitamins and minerals, I rebuilt my health and sanity as well.
